As a resident of PEI Housing Corp. you receive tenants insurance under the PEI Housing Corp.’s tenant insurance program, which is brokered by Marsh's Private Client Services and underwritten by XN Financial for Lloyd’s of London. This program provides residents living in eligible locations with the following insurance coverage:

• Contents: $30,000 (subject to a $500 deductible)
• Additional Living Expenses: $6,000
• Personal Liability: $1,000,000
