MarshMobile® Download Instructions
- Open the app or web portal and Click “Sign Up.” You will need to enter your email, postal code, and Policy Number.
- Respond to the identity confirmation questions correctly and submit.
- You will receive an email with a link to set up your password. Create your password and click “Submit.”
- Return to the app, enter your email and password, and click “Login.”
- You will receive an email with a verification code. Copy the code into the login screen and click “Login.”
For your security and privacy, MarshMobile® uses a 2-factor authentication process. In addition to your login credentials, each time you log into the app you will receive an email with a unique verification code.
