Marsh’s priority is the safety and health of our clients, colleagues, and communities. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, Marsh has advised most of its colleagues in Canada to work from home until further notice.
While our colleagues are working remotely, our commitment to you remains steadfast. We have business continuity plans in place to allow us to operate with as little disruption as possible as we adapt to the consequences of the pandemic. Rest assured our day-to-day operations and service delivery remain in place to the extent that our systems remain strong. We are using remote-enabled teleconferencing technology to connect with our colleagues and clients, locally and around the world.
Our offices remain open and our operating hours are unchanged; however, we have strongly encouraged colleagues to opt for virtual meetings whenever possible. We have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols in all offices in Canada to protect those colleagues and clients who may need to visit our offices.
Our claims reporting procedures remain unchanged and you may call your dedicated Marsh Client Advisor as usual or contact your insurer directly, if the need arises.
